The following information will guide you to Bristol and the conference venue:By carThe M4 and M5 motorways put both London and Birmingham within a two-hour drive, while the M32 allows direct access from the M4 to the heart of the city. There are multistorey car parks about ten minutes' walk from the main precinct as shown on our precinct map or you can consult Bristol City Council's car park finder. By coachCoaches from a range of UK cities arrive and depart from Bristol Bus and Coach Station on Marlborough Street in the centre of Bristol, about 15 minutes walk from the University precinct (PDF, 3.5Mb). For information about coach times and fares, consult the National Express website. Additional coach services are operated by Megabus and Bakers Dolphin. By planeBristol Airport is 13 km south of the city and has scheduled flights to many UK and European cities. To get to the University from the airport:
London (Heathrow Airport, Gatwick Airport) Bristol is only about 2 hours from London by train. There's
a train about every hour, with extra weekday evening peak services from London,
and it's not too expensive to get there. You can get a saver ticket for £60 on the day of travel, or for as little as £20.00 if you book a couple of weeks in advance. Tickets are released three months in advance. London is two hours away by coach and is served by a half a dozen services per day, Heathrow Airport /Gatwick Airport to Bristol.

Megabus operates a network across the U.K. There are two buses daily from London to Bristol.
By trainBristol has two mainline railway stations. Visitors should travel to Bristol Temple Meads as it is about two miles from the University and is much closer than Bristol Parkway. To get to the University from Bristol Temple Meads:
